My job requires that I move every few years. Sara came recommended from a Realtor I worked with many times in the past – and I was not disappointed. I called Sara about a week before I was going to be in the Belleville area for the house hunting trip. Sara lined up all the houses in the area for me to see on the first day. My wife, due to work, wasn’t able to join us until the end of the day. Sara walked her through the pros and cons of each listing and we saw two houses for a second viewing the very same day. The market was a bit crazy at the time, and everything was selling quickly and going to multiple offers. Sara educated us on how the multiple offer scenario would proceed. By the end of day two, we had an accepted offer on a house. Sara expertly played the role of real estate professional, tour guide and when needed marriage counsellor.
